How much muscle mass do you need to add? Having a measurable goal in mind is much more motivating than simply exercising "to lose weight.

Body builders are unhealthy not only because they take steroids but because of the way they don't feed their body properly. Especially before a competition. Why do they do that? Because they will put on fat, which will not look good during a competition.
